Great overall experience. Reasonably clean hotel in a traditional building close enough to the restaurant across the road, an aqua-blue-crystal-clear lake and a garden area close to Lake Santa Massenza. A huge variety of goodies for breakfast. Particularly good and marvellous location, modern standard quadruple room with balcony.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with beautiful views of the nearby mountains and lakes. The breakfast spread was great, with a variety of sweet and savory options, including homemade honey and potato pancakes. The pool area was lovely and provided a relaxing atmosphere for soaking up the sun.
While the room was clean and comfortable, the lack of air conditioning or a fan made it difficult to sleep comfortably. The traffic noise from nearby roads was also quite loud, even at night.

Great pancakes for breakfast, and pool area with a nice view. the staff were friendly and provided a discount for a nearby restaurant. There was a lot of space for parking on site and the rooms were cleaned and heated.
The bathroom in room 205 didn't have an exhaust, so the humidity was high after a shower. the street outside has a lot of traffic, which made it hard to leave.
